I am a locksmith and had about 225,000 miles on the van I was driveing. My wife told me it was time to get something newer. When your wife tell you it is time to get something newer you dont ask any questions. You just go. I looked in Montgomery- Tallassee- Millbroak and Pritville. She said why don't you go see what Riverside in Wetumpka has. My wife went with me and we talked to a girl. I think her name was Angelil I am not sure. My wife saw a Chev truck. We took a drive in it withthe lady. We both fell in love with the truck and her. She was just as nice as she could be. She was talking to her boss to see what he would give me for my van. She came back and told us. We both said no we will keep the van. She went back and talked to her boss. She came back with an offer that was higher. I told her no I will keep the van. She went back to her boss. I had seen a truck just like it in Montgomery at Capital Chev. I called them on my cell and told them what was going on. The man talked to his boss and offered me less money for my van than Riverside started off with. I told him this and he said well you need to stay where you are at because we will not give you that for the van. The lady came back and gave us another offer that we could not turn down. I am now doing my locksmith out of aan extended pick up truck. I am still looking for a van and it will come from Riverside.

Expensive but good customer service...

During my recent car search I took a stop by Riverside and talked with one of their salesmen. The salesman was very helpful but their prices weren't. I wasn't going to pay the price they wanted and they were not willing to negotiate anything! I went to Capitol Chevrolet in Montgomery and saved almost $6000 on the same type of car!
